Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as cryptocurrency payments including Bitcoin and Ethereum. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, orders enter our processing queue and cannot be changed. Contact support@peptoriums.com immediately if you need to make changes.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Shipping & Logistics
What are your shipping options and costs?
Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Free on orders over $150, otherwise $9.95. Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $19.95. Temperature-Controlled: $14.95 additional. All orders are processed same-day if placed before 2pm EST.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available in the near future. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping launches.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order ships. You can also log into your account to view real-time tracking status for all orders.
Product Quality & Testing
How do you ensure product purity?
Every batch undergoes a rigorous 5-step quality process: synthesis in GMP facilities, in-house HPLC testing, third-party laboratory verification, COA generation, and secure packaging. All products meet or exceed 99% purity standards.
Where can I find Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
COA documents are available on each individual product page. You can view and download them directly. For specific batch COAs or historical data, contact our support team.
Storage & Handling
How should I store my peptides?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20C for long-term storage. Once reconstituted, store at 2-8C (refrigerator) and use within 30 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
How do I reconstitute peptides?
Use bacteriostatic water (BAC water) for reconstitution. Slowly inject the water along the side of the vial, allowing the lyophilized powder to dissolve naturally. Do not shake vigorously. Detailed instructions are included with each product.
What is the shelf life of your peptides?
Lyophilized peptides stored properly at -20C have a shelf life of 24-36 months from the date of manufacture. Reconstituted peptides should be used within 30 days when refrigerated.
What safety precautions should I follow?
Always wear appropriate PPE including gloves and safety glasses when handling peptides. Work in a clean, sterile environment. These products are for research use only and should only be handled by qualified research professionals.
